Topic Display Template

When I click on post in a board to see the actual post, it takes me to a page displaying the post fully but the template layout is not part of my theme at all. Where is that template and how do I make the post result page look like the rest of my theme? The result page shows my news feed and a big picture on the right etc. I have no layouts like that in my theme.
