Topic deleted???

    There was a topic regarding the chat icon being greyed out on the front end that was deleted that I had commented on. It got a response by another user on here which was very condescending. I called out the condescension and the entire topic was deleted. If anyone else has a suggestion about what the problem is when the chat icon appears on the front end, but is greyed out and you can’t click on it, that would be great. The credentials and plugin settings were all correct (triple checked). I have changed plugins, but I was not the only person who was having this issue. Thank you in advance.

    Hi @emgb_520 , can you check your browser console for errors? Do you use a cache plugin? If yes, please follow the directions in sticky posts and disable cache for our chat plugin because live chat and cache doesn’t work together.
