which topic? If it is quite an old one, they get closed automatically — I think its 12 months after the last reply.

This one for example, which has apparently been fixed.

It’s not closed, it’s resolved. Options on the side (right) under “About this Topic”

There’s a dropdown to say “This topic is…”
