TopBar Nav Menu gets corrupted on subpages after publishing

  • Sometimes immediatelly after publishing Changes or even when Changes have been published a few hours prior the Header Navigation Bar gets corrupted to a broken Burger Menu Icon.
    It works just like the Mobile Menu should but is shown on Desktop Devices: https://ibb.co/7zpP2B9 .

    This Error only occurs when not being logged in (possibly a permissions problem?).

    Help would be greatly appreciated since I only noticed the problem after mostly finishing the site.
