top right profile link not working

We have S2 Member Pro installed.

When a particular user logs in, they see the top black admin bar.

If they hover over their username, the two links “Edit Profile” & her username link to the home page. I can replicate this in Firefox when I log in as her.

It doesn’t happen with my user account in Firefox.

She is still a current paid-up user.

How do we ensure the 2 top right links allow her to edit her profile?

Help appreciated.
