Top product, best support team ever

Left a review with 5 stars already when using the basic version. Upgraded to Plus a while ago mainly because of the advanced lightbox features. Thought of changing back because I do not really need the additional features any longer, I thought. But first of all the customer support is outstandingly good. I reached out to them for four times now. Every time I received quick and friendly and most importantly very helpful support. They did not only focus on my technical issues, but also gave excellent advice on how to configure their product while paying close attention to my wishes instead of pointing to standard solutions. And being able to use the pro features now the way I want them to look like, I gladly remain customer. Great work, guys!
