Top pictures size

Hey,

Thanks a lot for your support on earlier questions – and a great lot of inspiration to seek from others in the forum ??

Ive been troubling with the images on my website. Ive got two different sizes on the header pictures – though I`ve not adjusted none of them.

These two sites are equal big size:

These sites are equal small:
https://www.recurso.no/kontakt-oss/
https://www.recurso.no/tjenester/
https://www.recurso.no/kompetanse/
https://www.recurso.no/recurso-as/

I`d like to adjust so ALL sites have the same size of the top picture.
And if possible I`d like an size, which is something in between the two sizes which is today.
