I have used Fluent CRM for a year in testing email marketing for my business. I have enjoyed some of the best tech support available in the process. Being online for more than 25 years in a professional capacity, I understand the value of support. Regardless of how good a product is, without good support it’s not useful in business.
You won’t have ANY trouble with this company or their products. A class act. And when I decided to stop emailing, and autopay took a payment, this company was very understanding and issued a refund upon request, no hesitation. THIS I found highly respectful and frankly, surprising, after all this was MY oversight.
