Top-notch Customer Service

  • Brillant customer service. Very responsive and quick. Still in the trial version, but Ashot, Arshak, Elen and last but certainly not least, Borya, have been super helpful, and my request was not an easy one.

    But …. they managed to get the language switcher at the place I wanted it to be, blending in with the look and feel of my Divi-themed site, and to solve a problem with Finnish and German translated words that were toooo large and not resized on the mobile version.

    Currently using Weglot for one of our other sites, but GTranslate’s pricing is much more competetive with no limitation on words or number of languages, which is a huge advantage.

    Again excellent service from Elen. I am now using GTranslate for my other site as well and Elen arranged the language switcher at the place I wanted it, and made it steady so it does not scroll with the page. However, when I added two more languages, it swapped back to where it was. Elen attended my request and was fixed quickly.
