Top Nav Issues

Ever since I added Cherry Popups to my site, my top nav menus expand under the content below, making them inaccessible to the user. I haven’t added any other plugins for months and this started the day after setting up my first popup. I have now turned off popups in settings, deleted the only popup I made, deactivated the plugin, and now deleted it, but still have this issue. Could the plugin have changed my theme’s header or menu system?
