Top Menu Not Showing (PRO)

    I have both the theme, pro plugin, and WordPress fully updated, but the top menu is not showing on desktop. It works on mobile. Can you help find out why it is not showing up?

  • Since you’re using the Pro commercial version we recommend you go to their official support channel so you can get support from the people who know it best.

    Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products so they would not know about the product functionality or configuration. The vendors are the best resource for support of commercial products. Also, as the vendor is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.

    The pro is just a plugin that enables a few more feature. The theme itself is still the same. And this issue seems to be a re-occurring with this theme. But all the other topics people seemed to move on before it got solved so no answer is listed in any of them.
