top menu disappears on handy view or pad view

  • hello,
    on desktop computers the top menu ( Kontakt Impressum Datenschutzerkl?rung ) is visibel but on handy and pad is not there. it also disappears if the window on desktop ist very small.

    what can i do to fix this problem?
