Top Level items to be bolded?

    Further explanation (as I cannot edit my post):
    What I meant with example is, to have it like this:

    Item 1
    – Item 1.1
    – Item 1.2

    Plugin Author wizzud

    Add to your stylesheet …

    .cmw-level-1 > a {font-weight:bold;}

    You may need to qualify it further; you may also need to make it !important, depending on your other css rules.
