    Hi,

    Thank you for your message and for asking how we can further improve our rating for Eventin.

    A few points we would like to address:

    1. Error Message During Checkout: After WooCommerce updates, we receive error messages during the checkout process, although the orders do get recorded in the system.
    2. Formatting Adjustments: Customizing the formatting for a more personalized appearance would be helpful.
    3. Ticket Scheduling: It would be great if tickets could be enabled or disabled according to our specified timelines.

    We are very satisfied with Eventin and find it to be a good tool. However, these minor issues require additional organization on our part.

    1. Error Message During Checkout: What kind of error message are you suffering from? Can you please share screenshots of it so that we can understand the issue?
    2. Formatting Adjustments: Where do you want to customize? If anything can customize by the setting, we can assist you to do so.?
    3. Ticket Scheduling: You can enable or disabled tickets from the event manually right now. But you would be glad to know that our latest version 4 will be released very soon and you can set the time frame for the ticket here.
