Top Categories Plugin?

Ive been searching the web for about an hour now, and the search form on the right doesn’t find much in the forum here so I thought Id just ask.

Im trying to find a plugin that does something similar to binarybonsai.com’s top 15 tags with the width and color change. Can anyone help me out here!?
