After searching for a courier solution for our customer for three months, I have finally hit the jackpot. WPCargo was a relief for me to fulfill a delivery dead line. I would like to take this opportunity to thank arni, Vanessa and all of the team behind the scene ??
I would like to just add a small advise for the support guys. Why don’t you setup a Helpdesk System for this amazing plugin. There are many free WP Helpdesk plugin or use an Open Source Helpesk. In doing so you will be able to Prioritize the request tickets, keep a history of the task etc… Instead of using Skype.
Sorry I forgot to add something. WPCargo Team never said to me NO or you have to paid extra. They did a lot of changes for me and I would like to super thank them.
