Top Bar to pop-up from bottom

    Is there a way to make it so the Top Bar pops up and appears from the bottom after say 5 seconds instead of already being there when the page is first loaded? This would mean visitors would be alerted to the sign up form better instead of ignoring it.

    I am on the latest version.

    We do not have that feature in the topbar plugin, but we do in Boxzilla.
