    Hi @dantwack

Thanks for your support. I’ve worked up a child theme solution for you. It took a little more doing than I expected but I think it gets the job done.

Please find the child theme here.

    To install:

    1. Download the ZIP file.
    2. Install via Appearance > Themes > Add New: Upload Theme.
    3. Activate.

Let me know how that goes.

I just tested the child theme and it seems to be working well on my side. To confirm, download the child theme ZIP file here:

    https://purothemes.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/ultra-child-sticky-top-bar.zip

One you have the ZIP file on your desktop you can start the install.
Rather don’t Safari browser for this as it auto-unzips and that’s no good.
Go to Appearance > Themes > Add New: Upload Theme and upload the ZIP file.
    Activate.

It’s normal for menu location settings and Customizer settings to reset when activating a child theme.

If you could send information on what happened when you tried to use the child theme I’ll try help out and resolve the problem you mentioned in our other thread.
