Top BAR Social icons

Hello,

I’m facing an issue with social icons on TOP bar.
SO thing is.. when Im logged in with Admin rights in my page – I see all icons in top bar, but when Im in page like guest – all icons are gone.
Problems appears I think after WP Customer Area plugin installation.. now I deactivated it.. but problem still here.
Using theme: EmpowerWP
