    I also retested your link on PageSpeed Insights, and the issue wasn’t as severe this time. Additionally, regarding the other performance-related aspects, since they impact overall performance, it’s important to address all of them together. However, based on the analysis conducted, the core issue was not related to the theme:

    However, to modify this div structure, you can proceed as follows:

    1. Go to WP Dashboard > OceanWP > My Library.
    2. Create a new template and write the content you want with the least amount of divs.
    3. Save it.
    4. Then, go to WP Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer > Top Bar > Content, remove the existing content, and insert your new template here: https://ibb.co/BV2MQVcY
    5. Save it and check the changes.
