Top bar showing on some pages, but not on most?

This plugin looks great, thank you!
Only one challenge: it shows up on some pages (like the menupoint “hvem”), but not most others?
I’ve tested this in Firefox, Explorer and Chrome and have refreshed (ctrl+R)
Any insights?
