Top Bar Makes Footer Disappear

    When I use Top Bar at the bottom of the site, the site footer disappears. Is there a simple fix?

    Please try this custom CSS:

    footer { position: initial !important; }

    You can add this code trough a plugin like Simple Custom CSS or maybe your theme already offers a way to add extra css via something like Appearance > … > Edit CSS.
