top bar does not work correct

    Hello!

    I have such a problem: top bar plugin was successfully installed, and it appeared on my page, but every attempt to enter some e-mail causes the error “Oops. Something went wrong” So, I configured new one clear WP installation in test environment, but my result was the same. Then, I had re-created the API key, re-installed mailchimp WP plugin, but the problem remained.
    So, what recommendations will be for me?

    Hey min4er,

    Thank you for your patience. An issue like this mostly occurs when you have another mandatory field in your MailChimp.com list other than the email address. And since in top bar, only the email is sent and not the other field, the error is shown. Can you please check 2 things:
    1. Please go to “MailChimp for WP” page in WordPress backend and make sure the API says “connected”.
    2. Please check the List details to see if there is any other mandatory field other than the email address. If there is, go to your MailChimp.com account and edit the field so it’s not mandatory.
