Top Bar Color

I’ve tried to set the Material Design color palette to have a white top bar, but it changes to a teal color. When I set the Hex to “#FFFFFF” and save changes, it still shows that the hex is “#FFFFFF” BUT it changes the actual color to “#006874” (or a color very similar to that, at least).
