Top Bar addon unable to input in field

    I activated the top bar on my site but when I clicked inside the input field to test it the page refreshed. Every time. No ability to input into the form.

    I’ve tried using Safari and Chrome. The site uses the twenty seventeen theme.

    The top bar also pushes my nav bar below the fold.
