Tooltips showing inline as content

This is my first time trying to use this, and I updated the plugin right before I started, but my tooltip content is just being added to the the page under the keyword, and the actual tool tip includes the (tooltip) title only.
I don’t know if it’s because I had a lot of content in it, or for another reason.
