Tooltips hidden under WP-menu, etc.

1.) The top two tooltips on settings page gets hidden under WP-menu. Here’s a screenshot: https://i67.tinypic.com/n353jl.jpg

2.) Let’s say that privacy policy is policy 1. Policy 2 is something else. If I make changes only to policy 2, I am still prompted for both of them with ‘In case this was not a small typo fix, you must ask users for explicit consent again.’
Should it work like this?

3.) String: “Your %s page has been updated.” is not entirely accurate, and creates a small problem when translated to my language, since the name appearing in %s is not necessarily the name of the page but name of the consent.

It would be better as “Document %s has been updated.”
