Tooltip with link not working

Hello,

I have followed the documentation to show links in the tooltip (https://getshortcodes.com/docs/tooltip/#links-within-tooltips), but it would seems this isn’t working anymore. Interestingly, I have noticed the example provided in the docs is also broken. Is there any possible solution?
