Tooltip with image not positioning properly

    I am trying to implement tooltips with images, and some of the time, the tooltip appears over the link instead of above it. Other times, it seems to appear OK.

    A screenshot of the problem is here (mac, chrome).

    I put the height and width in the image tag. Can you let me know how I can make the tooltip show up properly consistently ?
