Please don’t post thread “bumps” as that is not really useful for us. Also, please keep in mind that this is a free plugin and that we have full-time jobs we have to attend to as well. We do try our best to get to everyone in a reasonable amount of time.
As far as your issue is concerned, I just took a look at your site. It looks like there are some JavaScript errors that could be causing issues. It also appears that the jQuery version that is being loaded is an older version (you need 1.6+ for the tooltips to work). I would suggest trying to disable other plugins and switch to a default theme to see if it works. If it does then re-enable your plugins one at a time until you can determine which one is causing the conflict.
