Tooltip position/styling wrong

Hi,
I have installed the free version of the plugin and got most of it working. However, the tooltip seems to be displaying wrong on hover – it is really offset and I can’t find a way to adjust it.
Is this standard or is there likely to be a conflict somewhere on my site?
Appreciate any help.
