Tooltip just one the first word

    Thank first for this great tool !

    I would like to know if it’s possible to have a tooltip box that appears just on the first keyword in a page/posts. Because I have posts that use a lot of the same keyword

    I tried in “Options” to uncheck the box :
    Apply a/all keywords in the article => apply to all occurrences (approximate translation from french..)
    But then, I have no keywords at all anymore on my post.
