Tooltip help!

  • Hi,

    I know this isn’t a specific wordpress issue but I was wondering if someone could offer advice.

    I’ve created some simple HTML/CSS tooltips to appear on hover of images of flags. All are working except the ones on the left-hand side from the second row.
