Tooltip doesn′t show up with WP fastest Cache

    Disabling right click and copy protection seem to work well. However, the tooltip with the message doesn′t show up.

    On a staging site with deactivated WP fastest Cache the tootip shows up as expected. But not with the live site with activated WP fastest Cache.

    Enabling “text selecting” does not always work either. I assume, due to caching as well.

    Do you have a suggestions how to set caching in order to enable tooltip and selecting functions?

    Thank you for the topic.

    Our Development Team has checked this case.
    We are not sure whether this site is a live or staging one, but, we have checked this case and didn’t notice any problem in this regard on our end.
    Both the tooltip and the selecting features work correctly.

    Most presumably, the Static HTML (PHP cache) is enabled via that plugin.
    So, make sure that it does not store a strong cache and that the webpage where the plugin is enabled does not become static(HTML).
    Check whether deactivate PHP cache is ticked from the settings of the cache plugin or not.
    If yes, then please deactivate it.

    So, firstly, you can make a DB backup for your safety (you can use UpdraftPlus).
    Then, clear all the caches and check whether the issue persists or not. Then, let us know about the outcome.

    thank you for your rapid and thorough answer. I am releived to know, that the tooltip and selecting fuctions work from your end, thank you for the screenshots.

    Well, I could not find PHP cache and static HTML cache in the setting of WP Fastest Cache (WP Fastest Cache Options). But first of all, I am relieved if everything works from your end.

    I want to mention, that there is no problem found on our end. However, it is not a solution.
    Please get in touch with their Support Team to know whether there is an option like that and, if yes, how to deactivate it.

    As you can see the plugin works fine and the problem comes from the cache.
