Tooltip doesn’t retract on touchscreen devices

    Hi,

    I am using the Tooltip widget on this plugin and it works great on computers with pointing devices (mouse, touchpad etc). But on touchscreens such as phones and iPads, it opens but does not retract.

    So if you tap to open the tooltip, you cannot get it to close again when you tap it a second time. However on computers if you move the pointer off the tooltip it retracts correctly.

    Can you look at this for me please?

    I have just checked EA Tooltip from our demo: https://essential-addons.com/elementor/tooltip/

    And it worked perfectly fine on my phone actually. So, maybe something else is causing the issue from on your end. Could you please show me your page URL to check?

    First of all, I am sorry for the late response. Well, I have checked again how EA Tooltip works for mobile device. Yes, if you tap twice on the tooltip, it doesn’t disappear. Currently, however, it works by simply tapping to any place. This is how basically it’s working right now.

    We will try to improve it in the future. I hope you understand. Thank you.
