• On mobile devices when glossary keyword is close to screen edge (left or right) your tooltip is displayed outside the visible screen bounds. This makes a tooltip completely useless and unreadable.

Please calculate the tooltip’s margins in the way that it will always be fully displayed to the user. Your competition – CM Tooltip Glossary – does it the correct way.

Sorry I missed the reply as it was in the second page.
I did various fixes for that feature in the plugin since that reply and I don’t know if fixed the issue for your case.

I don’t see any improvement in cutting prevention inside containers and I don’t intend to mendle with Elementor’s containers just to fix your plugin’s limitation (which is non-existent in CM Tooltip Glossary). If you don’t intend to change it, then you can close this ticket.

    Hi Marcela,
the latest release I did few weeks ago include a bugfix I did for a premium customer that had issue with Elementor and those edg cases.
Without a website where I can see the issue and investigate to me is very difficult to debug and fix it.
As you can image there are tons of things that you can do with Elementor and other page builders so it is very difficult to do a bugfix in those cases that works for everyone especially if I don’t have a page with the issue.

You can check this issue on the: https://katorishintoryu.pl/zapisy/

Just use iPhone SE display setting (or real device) and press the “bokken” keyword under the “Sprz?t” section at the bottom of the page.

So the issue is on mobile, in the pro version we offer a specific feature for that.
That feature change the tooltip mode on mobile as you don’t have the hover cursor with those devices and tooltips are useless.
