    I will try to reflect same issue on test server and try to find alter native solution for it.

    Alternatively you can use WP All Backup plugin for create database backup. it work similarly WP Database backup (for create Database backup).

    I have resolved this issue in WP Database Backup V.3.9.1

    Resolved issue : The website is built under a directory i.e. https://www.xyz.com/demo

    Please update plugin with latest version and let me know in case any issue.
