Toolset Support Forum Not Working

I am hoping Beda or someone reads this and can help.
I am generally a very happy user of the whole Toolset package and the support I have recieved from OnTheGoSystems. I would recommend the full toolset package to anyone using types, the speed of creating views, and the added functionality of Access and CRED forms is outstanding.
However I found that today I couldn’t post on the support forum. I have tried on 2 different computers via Chrome, Firefox and Safari, but the dropdown menu to select the toolset component I wish to receive support for is not functioning.

As this dropdown is the first step in submitting a support request, it is impossible for me to go forward.
Upon page inspection I found that there were 24 errors in the console. I have taken screenshots which can be viewed here (Firefox) and here (Chrome).
In addition as someone who has already purchased Toolset, this is the only method of contacting them about the problem. All contact links lead back to the support forum, from where I can’t do anything.
I noticed that no-one had submitted a new topic for the last 15 Hours, so am wondering if this problem is not specific to my account and actually site-wide?
I understand this isn’t a plug in problem per se, but it seems the only way to contact someone from Toolset support.
