Toolset Conditional Support

It would be great if you could add conditional support with toolset integration. Toolset has their own conditional block, but unfortunately it only works if you can place the effected block inside the toolset conditional block.

This of course does not work with many Gutenberg elements such as tabs, accordions and many others. This would be a hugely helpful addition.
