Could be a security rule in your hosting account. However, you need to expand upon “try to run the tool” — what does that mean? e.g. enable plugin, visit website via HTTPS with plugin enabled, run the is_ssl() test, …

Would you please explain it a bit more?… I have same problem. I was installed and activated the plugin on my website but still I see error about none secure items in my secure pages. When I go to the plugin page from tools menu, it brings a 403 Forbidden ‘You do not have permission to access this document.’ page to me. How I can run the test?

    G’day babakneza,

Can you please provide a link so that I can investigate? I imagine that the website has security rules preventing direct access to scripts inside plugin folders, but I can’t tell without a link to the website.

    cheers,
    Ross
