I installed the plugin yesterday and so far, so good – I am blocking three particular countries that have no business being on a US-centric website.

My question relates to the Tools setting to check IPs. When I run my own IP addresses, one of which is whitelisted as well, I see the following:

IP Adress [*.*.*.*] belongs to United States.

This country is not permitted to visit the frontend of this website.
This country is not permitted to visit the backend of this website.

The US is not being blocked on the frontend or backend. US IPs are able to access the front end at the moment, as judged from the traffic log.

    Thank you for any insight.

There is a bug on the tools tab that displays that information.

The actual blocking process works just fine. So users from countries that you’ve not blocked are not actually banned
