"Tools" menu gone when plugin activated.

Hi. I’ve noted the same problem. ‘Spam Blocker’ is in place of ‘Tools’ in side menu when this plugin is active.

I changed line 8 in options.php to the following:
add_menu_page( ‘Spam Blocker’, ‘Spam Blocker’, ‘manage_options’,’rsb-admin-menu’, ”, ‘
dashicons-megaphone’,77 );

i.e. 77 instead of 75.
Spam blocker now appears under Tools in the menu. I don’t know if hook 77 is used for anything else, but works for me.

Please change this asap. Thanks.
