tools in Publish Box (add a new post ) don’t work

after upgrading to wp 2.8, all things are right but in the “Add New” page, Edit links in publish box don’t work, these : (#post_status, #visibility, #edit_timestamp) and also the Media’s button like image,video and … in addition, the menu just in Add New Post page does not expand or collapse, what’s the problem ? i also did all things in the sticky post(Image/Media Uploader problems?)
