Tools / Export not working in 3.0

Hi Folks,

Wanted to post my solution here to a problem that’s been bugging me for days.

Instantly after I upgraded to 3.0 the tools / export function stopped working for me – just gave me a whole bunch of garbled code on the screen.

However, after reading up on the forum and looking at various options I decided to deactivate all my plugins to see if that helped.

And problem solved.

Don’t know which pluggin it was conflicting with yet, that will take more time.

But wanted to post this solution for those who come across the same problem.
