Toolbar on frontend shows repeated menu items

    Fresh install of WP in GoDaddy. I used All-in-One Importer to migrate everything from my WP.com account to my new self-hosted.

    I just noticed today as I was working on personalizing the site that, when on the front end, the toolbar behaves strangely.

    When I hover over my name, the expected drop-down menu appears. But when I try to select one of the options, the links for Themes, Widgets and Header repeat. They appear twice.

    Never seen this before. I have no idea where to start fixing it.

    Bumping!

    Got more information: both repeated links refer to the same screen, but one has an url that is longer than the other. I’m starting to think it might be a theme issue. I will swap themes and update this thread in case someone else has the same problem.

    Yup. It was theme issue. It happens with the Splendio theme (child and parent).
