Toolbar not showing in Oxygen

  • Activated the plugin, the toolbar works great in the WP admin, but doesn’t appear in Oxygen (version 3.5). Debugged with no plugins active, tried a snippet to bring it back, checked settings everywhere. No idea, help appreciated.
