Just updated two sites from V2.0.1 to V 2.1.1. One shows the toolbar correctly as before but the other site now does not show the accessibility toolbar at all.

I have tried disabling the toolbar and re-enabling it, disabling the plugin and re-enabling it but teh toolbar still does not show.

Both sites are running WordPress 6.3.2.

    Any idea what’s gone wrong?

I can confirm this issue as well. The toolbar is not appearing. I also noticed when WP Accessibility is activated, there is a JS error on the front end that seems to effect other JS elements. For example, my site uses Elementor and some elements have scroll-activated entrance animations which never fire. If I deactivate WP Accessibility, everything else works as expected.

Thanks, @loganstrike. I see the same error:

wpa-toolbar.min.js?ver=2.1.1:1 Uncaught ReferenceError: wpalt is not defined
    at wpa-toolbar.min.js?ver=2.1.1:1:39
    at wpa-toolbar.min.js?ver=2.1.1:1:978

I am not using Elementor and the site seems to work OK otherwise.

It’s a build error; I’ll get an update out shortly!

Hmmm… V2.1.3 doesn’t work on either site now – the toolbar is not displayed – and I see someone else has also raised this issue!

    The console shows this:

Could be a cache issue? If the file from the bad build is still being fetched, that would still show as a problem.

I had cleared the cache but the toolbar is still not appearing. Don’t know whether it would make any difference but I’ve tried disabling then re-enabling the tool bar and also deactivating the plugin then re-activating it but still no toolbar!

Try reinstalling and let me know.

Deactivated, deleted and reinstalled. Cleared the cache, enabled the toolbar – didn’t show. Reloaded the page and cleared again and it’s now showing!

That’s one one site – I’ll try the other site tomorrow and let you know.

    Thanks, Joe.

OK, on the other site (where it was showing with V2.1.2 but not V2.1.3), I deactivated, deleted, reinstalled and enabled the toolbar and it’s now showing on the site.

    Thanks for you help, Joe!
