Toolbar button to add Amazon product to a post is missing

    I have the ASA 1.0.1 plugin installed and set up, and it works fine when I manually type in the code into a post
    [asa]ASIN[/asa]

    But I see in the intro video for ASA that there should be a toolbar button near the font and paragraph buttons that lets you quickly search for and add an Amazon product. I’m not seeing any new toolbar button at all?

    I have wordpress and ASA updated to the latest versions. Any help?
