Toolbar always visible for guests

    Hello there,
    I installed this plugin and set it to hide the toolbar from guests, but when I go at my homepage in an incognito window I still see the toolbar.
    I do not have other plugins to hide the toolbar. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
