Tool tips don't work in the description column!

Ok last one. I already bought the Pro version as I stated before. So my final issue is that the tool tips don’t work in the description column!
Again take a look at the chart 3rd fron the top with the colored tabs.

BTW, if you have a copy of that chart, I sure would love to have it…as it seems that it is highly customized and not a template you can use out of the box.
